Great Experience with Quality Roofing Jul 3, 2024

Going to start by saying what a great experience working with the Quality team for my roofing (metal) and gutter project. First contact with Quality was the phone call to set up a quote. Customer service rep Erica Barron answered, very nice lady, got the info needed to get the ball rolling and passed along the info to James Dare, the roofing consultant. James contacted me very quickly to set up an appointment. James arrived at the scheduled time, listened and answered all my questions along with writing the quote and outlining the whole process to get the project done. During the project, James was always available to answer questions and returned calls promptly. Once a crew was assigned, Addison Spence was the project leader. The crew arrived when scheduled and worked hard weather permitting to finish the project. Addison was on site numerous times to ensure the project went smoothly, which it did. Very impressed with the cleanup afterwards. The crew did a great job. Did have a small gutter project as well which went as smoothly as the roof project. During the project, also had contact with customer service rep Kathy Cantrell, Katie Nelson who handled the permits and Steven Lorimer who was involved with the gutter portion. Every person I had contact with was friendly and professional and I thank you. And yes, definitely would recommend Quality Roofing to anyone needing a roof or gutters.
