When I received a letter from my insurance company telling me I need a new roof or they will not insure me, my jaw dropped. My roof was in good condition and still had half its life left! Needless to say, I was not happy. After facing the reality of the situation, I reached out to several contractors to get some quotes. The person who won us over was Mike Westfall at Quality Roofing. He was an awesome consultant! He knew what we were going through and wanted us to get through this in the best way possible. They price-matched, threw in a free wind-mit inspection, and made sure we were given the most bang for our buck! Mike checked in with us throughout the process and made sure all our needs were met. The job itself went really well. Chuck Peterson coordinated the project and ensured high quality results. Chuck’s crew was awesome! They came in and worked from sun up to sun down, and got the job done in about 1.5 days. They took care not to disturb our landscaping and their cleanup was incredible. Excellent teamwork and highly recommended! Thanks to everyone for their hard work. I wish someone would go to bat with the insurance companies in Florida and help us to get rid of this mandated roof replacement every 15 years with a 30-yr shingle. It’s just not fair to the homeowners. For now, if you are in a predicament for a new roof, Quality Roofing is #1!
